I have been planing to stick with Jillian 30 DS and Jillian RI 30 for 30 days along with some other lighter exercises ...
My Ideal plan is (5-6 times in week)
- 30 mins walk in morning
- 30 DS at around 12:00 PM
- RI 30 at around 5:00 PM
- 30 mins walk at night
- atleast 10 mins intervals on elliptical trainer while watching tv
I m unable to follow the plan exactly , till now i hv been sticking to doing 30 DS, RI30 and 10 mins elliptical once.
Hope to get to real track ...
