My Exercise Plan


I have been planing to stick with Jillian 30 DS and Jillian RI 30 for 30 days along with some other lighter exercises ... 

My Ideal plan is  (5-6 times in week) 

  • 30 mins walk in morning 
  • 30 DS at around 12:00 PM
  • RI 30 at around 5:00 PM
  • 30 mins walk at night 
  • atleast 10 mins intervals  on elliptical trainer while watching tv







I have started this plan on Mar. 14, 2012, i took 2 days off ( fri n sat) cuz my body was very sore.
I m unable to follow the plan exactly , till now i hv been sticking to doing 30 DS, RI30 and 10 mins elliptical once.

Hope to get to real track ...
