Finally JMBR Day 1

I had to start my JMBR on saturday, Mar. 31, 2012 but i couldn't because of a dinner party at home.
So now i m officially starting my JMBR today.  Starting with 7 Day kick start your metabolism. 
Just had spinach omlatte. it was not as bad as i assumed because i don't like raw or undercooked spinach, but it was good in omlatte form. I have also started taking fish oil capsules. I m taking 7 Seas High Strength Cod Liver Oil capsules.

Now let see how the rest of the day goes on .
I have to do my AM exercise at around  11:30 or 12:00 .
Lunch at 2:00
PM exercise at 5:00
Snack at 6:00
Dinner at 9:30 .

Starting up JM BR on saturday


I hv finally decided to start up JM BR on saturday Mar 31, 2012 ... 
its a 90 days work out plan with 3 phases , one phase each month 
consisting of 2 kinds of strength training workouts and one cardio workout ... there are also meal plans included. One is 7 days metabolism kick start meal   and then 90 days meal plan .. 
so far its a new release , and i couldnt find lot of before n after pics as for DS and RI pics .. 
but i have read success stories on JMBR website http://www.jillianmichaelsbodyrevolution.com
and they are pretty amazing ..

ofcourse, to be realistic , i don't think i can achieve this much... cuz some of the ppl on Facebook, YouTube and blogs claim that their weight doesn't drop that much , it drops but their inches drop fast.. Although its hard to digest that weight is not dropping just inches dropping and that muscles are building , but till there is something changing , its worth it ...

i hv checked out JM meal plans , i cannot totally go with it ... so i'll have to choose few options and hv to make alterations according to my taste.  so far her meals seem satisfying.. letsee how it works...

the workouts will span 30 mins and intense workouts... kinda freaking , but i hv tried out DS and RI so i have idea how Jillian's workout work...  Although i thought of working out DS and RI for one month , but i followed for 9 days :D

now i hope that i stick to this plan ... and i follow her meal plans ( with some alterations) and exercise plans ...

I have found a friend also on Spark people who is following  JMBR and Chalean program .. so i'll keep in touch with her for support and motivation.
