My Diet Plan


The actual plan is as follows


Breakfast(daily):
  • grape fruit: half (or 3 prune/plum or any seasonal fruit of same quantity)
  • 1 bread slice toasted
  • tea/ coffee(Without milk and sugar)

Monday
Lunch
  • 200g meat no fat
  • tomato 250g
  • tea coffee without sugar and milk

Dinner
  • 250 g fish
  • salad of salad leaves + raw vegetables (As much)
  • toasted bread slice
  • grape fruit half, or 3 plum or 3 apricot or 3 leechi

Tuesday
Lunch
  • fruit salad 1 big bowl
  • tea or coffee (Without milk and sugar)

Dinner
  • 250 g minced meat
  • salad (4 tomatoes, 1 cucumber, 4 salad leaves)
  • tea/coffee (Without milk and sugar)

Wednesday
Lunch
  • fish 250 g
  • grape fruit half, melon 4 slices or 4 plum or apricot or leechi
  • tea/coffee (Without milk and sugar)

Dinner
  • 250 g meat (chicken, mutton,beef) any type
  • 4salad leaves, 2 tomato, 1 cucumber make salad
  • tea/coffee

Thursday
Lunch
  • 2eggs
  • cottage cheese(made of 250g milk)
  • 250g tomato
  • 1 toasted slices
  • tea/coffee (Without milk and sugar)

Dinner
  • 2 breast pieces or 2 leg pieces of chicken
  • spinach as much u want
  • green chilies as u wish 
  • tea/ coffee

Friday
Lunch
  • cottage cheese (made of 250g milk)
  • spinach and green chilies as much as u want
  • 1 toasted slices
  • tea/coffee (Without milk and sugar)

Dinner
  • 1.5 quarter fish
  • mixed salad (salad leaves is a must)
  • 1 toasted slice
  • tea/coffee

Saturday
Lunch
  • mixed fruit salad big bowl
  • tea/coffee (Without milk and sugar)

Dinner
  • 2 breast or leg pieces of chicken or 250 g mutton o beef
  • 4 salad leaves, 250g tomato
  • half grape fruit, or 4 plum or 4 apricot or 3 slices of melon 
  • tea/coffee (Without milk and sugar)

Sunday
Lunch
  • 250 g beef or mutton
  • 250g tomato, or 250g carrots, or 250 cauliflower, or 250 g cabbage 
  • half grape fruit, or 4 plum or 4 apricot or 3 slices of melon 
  • tea/ coffee (Without milk and sugar)

Dinner
  • 250g beef or mutton
  • 1 cucumber, 4 salad leaves, 250g tomato
  • tea/coffee (Without milk and sugar)

At least 8 glasses of water is to be taken daily

  • I sometime make some alterations , those are 
  • I take 1 egg in breakfast , boiled or omlate .
  • I sometimes eat whats the regular cooked food with a big bowl of salad so i can minimize calories intake but feel fuller .
  • I cannot take tea without milk ...
